A Greek Reader

This reader presents a selection of sentences and texts ordered by grammatical content. It is also a progressive reader, as the texts are displayed according to their difficulty. The grammatical contents correspond to a normal two-year curriculum of Greek, including declension of the noun and the adjective, pronouns, verbal morphology (present, imperfect, aorist, perfect indicative, imperative, infinitive and participle), simple and complex sentence syntax. The sentences and texts are adapted, and some of them are original at the end of the book. Interesting texts are constantly sought, which may be attractive to the student or reader. Many of them are illustrated or have a short explanation, in addition to explanatory notes. The reader is intended as supplementary material for a Greek grammar or textbook. The student has the flexibility to select the most interesting or necessary texts. At the end of the book, an answer key provides the translations of all the sentences and texts.
